Before I ever got into real estate, I spent years building a marketing business. I founded Inspire Acquire, a full-service agency where my team and I handled everything: content creation, photography, videography, paid advertising, social media, web design, and marketing strategy. That work taught me things you can't learn from a real estate course. How to find the right audience. How to tell a story that actually connects with people. How to read data and use it to make better decisions. How to build something from nothing and keep it running.

When I made the move into real estate, I didn't leave any of that behind. It comes with me on every transaction.

I also happen to have lived exactly what a lot of my clients are going through. I grew up in Yorba Linda and spent my whole life in LA and Orange County. After traveling to more than 50 countries, I started seeing things differently. I realized that where you live is one of the most important decisions you can make, and I wasn't making it intentionally. I was just staying out of habit. So I made the move to Las Vegas, and I found something most people from California don't expect: real neighborhoods, real community, more home for your money, and world-class restaurants and entertainment a few minutes from your front door.

I know this city the way a local knows it, not the way a tourist does. And I know what it feels like to leave California behind and wonder if you're making the right call. That perspective matters when I'm working with someone going through the same thing.
